Rishab is a practising Advocate. He is a rank holder from Karnataka State Law University.

Rishab is an Associate Partner and co-heads the Indirect tax practice at Shivadass and Shivadass Law Chambers. He has advised clients on diverse branches of law, including Indirect Tax (GST, Customs and erstwhile taxes like Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT, etc.), Direct Tax, Corporate Laws, Insurance and Banking Laws and has also represented the clients before various judicial forums, including High Court of Karnataka, Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Arbitral Tribunals and various other quasi-judicial Tribunals.

During the Introduction of GST, Rishab has provided transitional/ handholding support to various multinational companies in India, including companies in various sectors like, mining, petroleum & petrochemicals, insurance, banking, real estate, e-market & online marketplace, etc. He has advised both domestic and international clients on drafting and negotiating agreements. He also has expertise in tax restructuring, creating and settling of Trusts and other areas of Private client practice.

Prior to joining the practice at Shivadass and Shivadass Law Chambers, he was an attorney with Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, a leading multinational Law Firm in India.
