Shradha is a Principal Associate at Shivadass & Shivadass (Law Chambers). Having enrolled at the Bar in 2018, Shradha also holds a master’s degree in law.

Shradha’s core area of focus and strength is Taxation (both Direct and Indirect taxes – Customs, VAT, Service Tax and GST) and Consumer Protection Laws, having advised several Indian and Foreign Fortune 500 Companies and Unicorn Start-ups both on structure and strategies for representation before various authorities including original and appellate authorities and specialised Tribunals, Consumer Courts, High Courts and the Supreme Court. Shradha has appeared in over 100 matters before various fora and assists many Seniors at the bar in handling complicated litigation before Courts.

She has also advised Clients in areas including Intellectual Property Law, General and Commercial Contracts, Foreign Exchange Management etc.

Shradha leads a team of professionals at Shivadass & Shivadass (Law Chambers), highlighting her incredible capabilities as a leader and often contributes to the growth of the firm as part of her leadership functionalities. She has also contributed to various national and international journals on niche areas of law as well as participates in multiple symposiums (including deliver lectures) relating to GST, Company Law, Contracts etc.

Among other hobbies, she is an avid reader, seeks out to learn new languages, loves to travel and dance.
